After 2 shampoos, ring as much water out of your hair as possible. Put a small amount onto the mid lengths to ends. Leave on for 3 minutes, then rinse well.

For a mini at home treatment; after 2 shampoos, towel dry your hair, put a small amount of treatment through mid lengths to ends and leave on for a couple of hours before rinsing well.
